We can provide replacement balloons in case some of them pop during your event. However, you should know that balloons don’t tolerate heat well and may last a shorter period when used outdoors under direct sunlight.
We currently serve West Palm Beach, FL, and surrounding areas. If your engagement party is at a venue outside of our service area, call us, and we can make an arrangement for the delivery. Please note that delivery fees are charged separately.
Be it for engagement parties or any other celebration, we provide quality balloons that last. We also treat our helium balloons with Hi-Float, so they will remain floating for multiple hours.
If there are any changes to your engagement party plans, let us know as early as possible. Take note that we don’t provide refunds for cancellations, but we can re-schedule orders if your event date has been changed.
Yes, we can deliver your orders on your preferred date. However, you should know that balloons last around 3 to 7 days with Hi-Float. We can’t provide guarantees if you ask the balloons to be delivered earlier than your event date.
We require a 50% deposit paid first before you can place your orders. After that, we will settle the remaining balance once we’ve delivered your orders onsite. For single, grab-and-go items, you’ll be charged in full using your preferred payment method.
It depends on what you ordered. For simple arrangements or single items, we can deliver them on the same day or the next day. However, for elaborate arrangements, we recommend placing your orders as early as possible.
